Intensive Workshops
All intensive team building workshops are customized to meet your program’s unique needs and goals. Prior to each workshop, Brooke will meet with the members of your coaching staff and team leadership to learn about the team’s history, concerns, and current performance obstacles.
In addition to team building, the athletes will also learn or build upon foundational mental skills to enhance performance including self-talk strategies, controlled breath work, imagery, routines, arousal regulation and confidence building techniques. Brooke also uses performance profiling and psychological assessments to identify individual strengths and design performance improvement plans.
Full Season Support
Full season support includes an intensive team building workshop at the start of your season, plus individualized mental skills training for your athletes throughout the course of the season.
Athletes can schedule private mental performance consulting sessions with Brooke every week of the season from pre-season to playoffs. Private sessions allow athletes to learn at their own pace, receive individualized feedback, customize strategies to optimize performance, and process team dynamics in privacy.
